Returns

 

If your item arrives damaged, please inform us straight away within 24 hours so that I can resolve this for you.

​

Please take a photo of the box the order arrives in and of the damaged items so that I can establish if this was caused in transit, if the item is still in stock a replacement will be sent out to you.  If the item is no longer in stock a refund will be given.

Returns are accepted within 24 hours from when you receive your order.  Please contact me to inform me if you wish to return an item.

​

The return cost will be given for the items returned only, as long as they are in the new condition as sent.

​

The postage cost paid at the time of the order will be deducted from your refund.
