This is for as many items as you wish to add to your order dispatched to one postal address.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours

of delivery so that we can resolve the issue for you.

Please provide clear photographs of:

The packaging/box your order arrived in and the damaged item(s)

This will allow us to determine whether the damage occurred during transit.

If the item is still in stock, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

If the item is no longer available, we will issue you with a refund.

Returns

 

We accept returns within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first to let us know.

A refund will be issued for the returned item(s), provided they are returned in the same

new condition in which they were sent.

Please note that the original postage cost paid at the time of purchase will be deducted

from your refund.​
